PONDERISMS & STUFF

GREETINGS!

This is perhaps the biggest of all things to ponder! How did Ronnie and I and 2 cats and a dog live in this little trailer for 3+ months without killing each other or at the least, without destroying our marriage?! Oh yes, ours is the little trailer in between the big motor home and big trailer in case you were wondering. This is not where we were, but the place doesn't really matter; the square footage is the same!

If Jimmy Cracks Corn and no one cares, why is there a song about him?

Who was the first person to look at a cow and say, "I think I'll squeeze these dangly things and drink whatever come out?"

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire, but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

The easiest way to find something lost around the house is to buy a replacement. Wonder why that is?

Getting old means you don't care where your spouse goes as long as you don't have to go along.

Why doesn't glue stick to the inside of the bottle?

Did you know the state flower of Oklahoma is Mistletoe? You can actually see balls of it growing in trees. Amazing.

I notice in the obituaries in our little local paper that probably over 75% are 65 or younger - much younger. Kind of scarey. In Missouri they were mostly in their late 80's and 90's. Wonder what the deal is here?

Just some things to ponder.

This is a better picture of the candle-lier I was telling you about in yesterday's blog. Nice, huh?

Take care and God Bless.
